Core Classes & Electives

PS7 Elementary scholars have a combination of core classes that are focused on Common Core curriculum that is academically rigorous, and created to ensure a college-going culture and focus, along with three additional Electives classes in which scholars are able to explore their creativity and options outside of just academic work.

All grade levels consist of the following classes:

• Math/Science Common Core & NGSS curriculum
• ELA/Writing/History Common Core & State Standards-based curriculum
• Phonics instruction and support (TK-3rd grade)
• PE
• Music
• Art
